Viewzi
Viewzi is a search engine, which allows you to display the search results in multiple ways: Web Screenshot View, Simple Text View, Site Information View, Timeline View, 4 Sources View, Photo Cloud View and way more other views. The nice thing of searching with Viewzi is that the results are more well-organized and searching becomes more fun. Also with views like the Web Screenshot View, or the Everyday Shopping View you can already see some of the website without even clicking on the link to it.

A web-based operating system
EyeOS is a web-based open-source operating system. It's free to use and you don't need to download anything. One of the benefits of such a web-based operating system is that you can access your desktop from every computer with a web-browser and an internet-connection. EyeOS has a lot of online applications built-in: two text-editors (one for .doc and one for .txt), an e-mailprogram, a FTP-Program, a calender, some games, a calculator, a feed-reader and a lot more. WinFlip
One of the nice things of Windows Aero is the Aero Flip 3D program, which makes it possible to switch between different windows like on this screenshot. But you don't need to have Vista to have programs like Aero Flip 3D. You can download WinFlip for free here instead. WinFlip is a program, which will pretty much do the same as Aero Flip 3D does. And you don't need Windows Vista to run the program, it'll also work on Windows XP! Below a screenshot of the program:

You probably know the six degrees of separation, but did you know about the six degrees of Wikipedia? On this website you can find the shortest path between two articles on Wikipedia. By example, you can find the shortest path between Microsoft and failure. After you've clicked "Go", it'll find the shortest path between those two articles.

OpenLieroX
OpenLieroX is a free open-source worms shoot-em-up game. It'll work on pretty much any operating system, including Mac OS, Windows and Linux. You can download it here. The download is coming with over 60 different levels and also has a multiplayer in it.
